Now, people around Lahug and IT Park area should try this newly opened Carinderia called Orange Karenderia. It's not your ordinary Carinderia since it offers more than local foods. Aside from their banner dishes like Linarang na Bakasi/Endong/Barracuda and Tinolang Dugso/Mamsa , they also offers their top seller Atlantic Yellow Fin Tuna Caviar or best known as Crispy Tuna Bihod and some Grilled Dishes.

Now, here's our favorites from BEST to GOOD. As a first timer in this Carinderia, you should try their Grilled Pork Barbecue. It's juicy and the meat is well cooked, not to mention that we didn't dip it in a typical sauce which means, it is really worth the bite!



Next is our personal choice, the Larang Tasik - a soup dish prepared by stewing fish with vegetables, milk and spices. And it's definitely a must try like really!!! We cannot taste the fishy stuff but the the soup cooked/mixed in a coconut milk.


Then there goes the Pancit Canton, superb!
